This is a great house. It is one level living which is suitable for large families or retired couples. It has a new mission oak kitchen with new dishwasher. The bedrooms are large and there is a guest room that is pre wired and plumbed for a kitchen. There is a 1200 ft. basement that is a garage or work shop. This house is very well insulated. We heat with wood using a wood furnace. It would be very easy to add central air since the duct work is already there.There is propane heat backup. We have a split water system. You can use city water or well water or both. The house is framed using full 2" by 4" studs with a 9' ceiling.
